Job Description

RMA/CMA - Full Time Alamance Ear, Nose and Throat, LLP a busy multi-location independent specialty practice in Burlington and Mebane, is seeking a motivated RMA, CMA or CNA to join the clinical support team.
Minimum Requirement:
RMA or CMA certification The position will consist of the following: Working directly with an ENT provider. A team player. We work as a team, so everything gets done. Pre-screen patients via telephone and enter information in electronic health record. Rooming patients and collecting information and entering it into EHR. Taking and recording vitals. Administer shots and medications under the direction of a provider. Obtain vitals and work with patients so they are ready for their provider visit. Provide assistance to providers with exams and procedures. Clean and sterilize instruments. Clean, prepare, stock and maintain exam rooms. Ordering tests, labs, etc. Processing outgoing referrals. Cover triage and clinical line calls. Other clinical duties as needed and assigned. Working at primarily at our Mebane office, also at our Burlington office as needed. Can assist conducting non-clinical duties. Must be available to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Must be reliable and on time. Medical office experience strongly preferred. Experience using an Electronic Medical Record system a must.
