Must be fluent and comfortable in communicating in Spanish and English Communicates to patient what to expect from ophthalmic assistant and physician Completes a detailed and accurate patient history and chief complaint Performs initial portion of visual examination including refraction and tonometry Transcribes information into EMR as physician orally dictates findings Post charges and primary diagnosis into EMR Schedules follow-up appointments and testing Ideal for candidates in the Arden/Fletcher area. This role will work primarily at Hendersonville office but will also work at the Asheville office at times.
