What We Offer Novant Health Neurology & Sleep - Rowan is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant!
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Join Novant Health Neurology & Sleep - Rowan as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and help provide compassionate, personalized care to patients. You'll work alongside a collaborative clinical team while building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting them throughout their care journey. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience working with neurology patients or in a medical office setting, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply! Assist providers with in-office procedures, including Botox treatments and other patient care activities. Complete and maintain accurate patient documentation, forms, and medical records. Communicate effectively with providers and patients to coordinate care, address questions, and ensure a positive patient experience.What We're Looking For Education :
High School Diploma or GED, required. Candidates will provide proof of current certification from one of the approved certifying registries including:- CMA with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- CCMA with the National Health Career Association (NHA)
- RMA with the American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- American Registry of Medical Assistants (NHCWA)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)
- American Allied Health (AAH) RMA with the American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA).
