Part-Time Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Part-Time Medical Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a mental health office. This position will handle patient communication, appointment scheduling, intake documentation, email correspondence, and electronic medical record (EMR) updates. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a mental health office and hands-on experience with Tebra EHR .Schedule:
Wednesday & Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (10 hours per week)Responsibilities:
Answer and make patient phone calls in a professional and compassionate manner. Respond to patient and office emails in a timely manner. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Send and follow up on required patient intake documents. Accurately update and maintain patient information in the Tebra EHR system. Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks to support the mental health practice. Maintain organized and accurate electronic records and documentation.Requirements:
Previous administrative or front-office experience in a mental health or behavioral health office preferred . Hands-on experience with Tebra EHR required. Experience scheduling and managing patient appointments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, friendly, and compassionate phone manner.
