We are a multi-location practice with physicians that rotate out of each office.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns while fostering a warm and welcoming environment for patients Room and perform vitals signs Take a detailed History of present illness Prior authorizations for medications Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
The ability to reliably commute to your scheduled location. Ability to reliably commute. Ability to commute to at least 3 of our locations to follow the physician schedule. Completion of Medical Assisting course preferred or relevant experience. We are willing to train. 1 year of previous experience in a healthcare setting. Physical Therapy or Pain Management a plus! Excellent multitasking, organizational and organizational skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
