Expanding Dermatology practice/location is seeking a Full-time Certified Medical Assistant to work with our team of medical dermatologists and physician assistants in a fast-paced environment. We have four convenient locations in Old Bridge, Freehold, Toms River & Union NJ. All new and state of the art! Requirements:

Current or last job must be 2 years. If not, resume will not be considered. no exceptions

• Dermatology or specialty clinic preferred: 1 year
• CMA certification or LPN licensure required
• Compliance with OSHA and CLIA standards
• Above-average typing skills

Medical Assistant Duties:

• Previous dermatology or specialty clinic experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Rooming patients
• obtaining detailed medical histories
• Assisting with and performing various dermatology procedures
• Injecting
• Scribing
• documentation
• Patient education
• Triage
• Record patient information such as vital signs, weight and changes in medical history prior to each appointment
• Clean and prepare examination rooms prior to patient appointments
• Dermatology or specialty clinic preferred: 1 year
• CMA certification
• Compliance with OSHA and CLIA standards
• Above-average typing skills
