As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing the necessary support to ensure efficient operation of our busy Podiatry office. Responsibilities:
•not limited to: Screen patients & document basic medical history Schedule appointments Update and file medical records and insurance reports Follow up with patients and update patient chart Assist during medical examinations Produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes, forms, etc. Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Skills Bilingual English/Spanish Positive attitude Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service experience preferred but not required Medical assistant or medical secretary experience preferred but not required
