Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator — Eminence Medical Aesthetics Princeton, NJ Eminence Medical Aesthetics, a premier aesthetics practice serving the Princeton area since 2013, is seeking an experienced, energetic Medical Assistant to join our team in a dual clinical and front-desk capacity. This role suits someone equally comfortable assisting in a treatment room and setting the tone the moment a patient walks through the door — because at Eminence, hospitality is as much a part of patient care as clinical skill. The ideal candidate is personable, polished, quick-thinking, and able to anticipate the needs of providers and patients in a fast-paced, luxury medical aesthetics environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for aesthetic procedures Manage efficient room setup, turnover, sanitation, and restocking Prepare patients for treatment, including applying topical numbing cream Capture consistent, high-quality before-and-after photos Assist providers during injectable and aesthetic procedures Process and prepare PRP and EZ Gel Reconstitute neurotoxins and prepare Botox and filler syringes, as legally permitted and under appropriate clinical supervision Perform blood draws for PRP and related treatments (a strong plus) Maintain inventory, expiration tracking, and accurate documentation Support patient flow and help providers remain on schedule Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and practice standards Front Desk & Patient Experience Welcome patients and set the tone for a warm, elevated first impression Manage phones, scheduling, and check-in/checkout Anticipate patient needs and resolve concerns with grace and discretion Support a seamless, concierge-level experience from arrival to departure Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical training preferred Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a procedure-based practice preferred Experience with injectable setup, PRP/EZ Gel preparation, and neurotoxin reconstitution is desirable Phlebotomy experience or blood draw certification a plus Prior front-desk, hospitality, or concierge experience is a strong asset Friendly, resourceful, organized, and attentive to detail Confident communicator with an elevated, patient-focused approach Able to move fluidly between clinical and administrative responsibilities without missing a beat Dependable, professional, and committed to teamwork We're looking for someone who treats every patient interaction — clinical or administrative — as a chance to make them feel genuinely cared for, and who takes pride in being part of an exceptional practice from the front door to the treatment chair.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
