Are you a passionate and reliable Medical Assistant with a heart for patient care and a flexible, team-oriented mindset? We're looking for a Full-Time Medical Assistant to support our multi-specialty practice, including podiatry and orthopedics . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values patient care, and is open to occasional travel to other office locations as needed .
Key Responsibilities:
Assist orthopedic and podiatric providers with exams, procedures, and in-office treatments Take and record accurate medical histories and vital signs Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain cleanliness protocols Provide patients with education on post-visit care and treatment instructions Support front office tasks such as scheduling, verifying insurance, and documentation in EMR Collaborate with staff and providers to maintain efficient patient flow Willing to provide support at additional locations as coverage needs arise
Qualifications:
Experience as a Medical Assistant required (multi-specialty or orthopedic experience preferred) Strong understanding of general clinical procedures Spanish-speaking a plus Professional, organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume setting Willingness to travel between offices when needed (mileage reimbursement may apply) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, occasional extended hours, occasional Saturday hours
