ASAP Job Summary VBeyond Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a Correctional Facility in Milan, New Mexico. This 13-week contract offers a stable weekday schedule and an opportunity to provide quality healthcare in a secure clinical environment. Responsibilities Assist providers with patient assessments and clinical procedures. Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories. Prepare patients for examinations and treatments. Administer medications and treatments as directed, within scope of practice. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Follow infection control standards and facility policies. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care. Requirements Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification. Current BLS certification (if required). Previous clinical experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a correctional healthcare environment. U.S. Citizenship and a valid Social Security Card are required for facility clearance. Additional Information 13-week contract Local candidates accepted Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ASAP start
