Temp to Hire Opportunity Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Branch Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers. This position plays a vital role in supporting patient care operations through order management, insurance verification, scheduling coordination, and exceptional customer service. Customer Support- Serve as the first point of contact for in-person visitors and high-volume inbound calls
- Provide professional, patient-focused service to patients and healthcare providers Order & Data Management
- Create and manage patient orders within company systems
- Accurately input data and monitor incoming faxes
- Ensure documentation is complete and compliant Insurance & Billing Support
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain equipment authorizations
- Collect required documentation for billing purposes
- Maintain accurate billing records and process payments as needed Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups
- Coordinate closely with clinical teams to ensure timely service Record Management
- Maintain organized, up-to-date patient files
- Assist with audit documentation and compliance requirements Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer service, medical office, or administrative setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems
