Greet patients, verify personal andinsurance information, and schedule appointments. Record and update patient medical histories, vital signs, medications, and other clinical information. Prepare patients for examinations and assist healthcare providers duringprocedures. Perform basic clinical tasks such as blood pressure checks, injections, specimen collection, and EKGs as permitted by training and state requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Communicate with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and follow-up care. Prepare examination rooms and maintain cleanliness and proper medical supplies. Assist with referrals, prescription requests,and coordination of patient care. Follow HIPAA, infection-control, and workplace safety procedures. Provide professional, compassionatecustomer service to patients and families
