The ideal candidate will be trained in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED, and possess hands-on experience with Clinic Management Systems such as SGIMed or similar platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform front desk duties: Patient registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection Dispensing of medication Handle phone calls and patient enquiries Assist doctor with simple procedures, dressing, ECG, nebulisation, vaccinations etc. Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners such as CHAS, Medisave, TPAs and etc. Maintain control of stock and consumables, including replenishment and housekeeping. Handle administrative duties including updating medical records using Clinic Management Software (e.g., SGIMed) Perform ad hoc duties assigned by
Centre Manager/Clinic Manager Job Requirements:
Minimum of GCE 'N' or 'O' levels or an ITE (Institute of Technical Education) certificate Familiarity with clinic operations settings Experience with SGIMED is an advantage Keen learning attitude towards customer care and clinical duties Ability to weekend shifts and cross deployment to all other clinics, if required (East and Central) Able to work in a team and independently
