Permanent Key Responsibilities Welcome and register patients, book appointments, and manage walk-ins. Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures. Prepare and clean consultation rooms before and after each patient. Dispense medication with the correct labels and instructions. Collect payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing and claims. Update patient records and clinic systems. Take basic patient measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure, if trained. Check and restock clinic supplies. Keep the clinic clean and safe. Answer phone calls and handle enquiries. Support admin work and other assigned duties. Provide administrative support and assist with any other ad hoc duties as required.

!! Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant certificate. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Caring and professional when handling patients. Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred. Familiar with insurance claims, Medisave, and CHAS is an advantage.
