The role involves coordinating front-line services, supporting clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining patient comfort and confidentiality. Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and coordination of patient flow Provide administrative support including insurance claims, Medisave and MediShield submissions, licensing documentation, and maintenance of clinic records Support billing processes, financial counselling, and subsidy-related matters in accordance with established policies Prepare patients for consultation, examinations, and procedures; perform chaperone duties where required Chaperone doctor, prepare patients for examination as needed Handle patient interactions with care and discretion, ensuring privacy and service standards are maintained Oversee inventory management, including ordering of medicines and clinic supplies, and maintaining adequate stock levels Assist with medication dispensing in accordance with clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures Maintain cleanliness and readiness of consultation and treatment rooms Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal protocols Undertake additional duties and assignments as directed by Management Requirements Minimum NITEC, or Diploma Relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred Familiarity with Medisave, MediShield, and insurance claims processes preferred Able to handle patient matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality Proficient in basic computer applications and clinic management systems Able to manage multiple tasks in a structured and organised manner Clear communication skills and ability to engage patients in a composed manner Able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
