The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring seamless patient visits, accurate clinical documentation, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist providers during in-home patient visits, including preparing supplies, and documenting care Facilitate telehealth visits in the home as needed Support the clinical team with wound photography, staging, dressing setup, and record keeping. Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation. Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are stocked, organized, and available for patient visits. Serve as a professional and compassionate point of contact for patients, families, and facility partners. Coordinate with scheduling, operations, and clinical leadership to support efficient daily workflows. Follow all Personic Health policies, HIPAA regulations, and infection control standards. Assist with follow-ups, care coordination, and general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in wound care, home health, or skilled nursing settings is highly valued. Strong understanding of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to dynamic patient-care environments. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within region.About us:
