MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/MEDICAL ASSISTANT ABOUT US
We are a busy, patient-centered medical office with two providers dedicated to delivering exceptional care. We are seeking a friendly, dependable medical receptionist to join our team. 3 day weekend with a 4 day work week. Retirement plan-401K plan options PTO-accrued vacation time plus 6 paid holidays per year.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet patients warmly, manage check in/check out process Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm appointments and respond to inquiries. Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Maintain organized electronic patient records and manage light administrative tasks.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a medical receptionist preferred. Experience with Medent EMR is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.SALARY:
