The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner Obtain patient medical history and perform basic testing as needed Support clinical and administrative workflows to help ensure efficient patient care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality Qualifications Fluency in English and Mandarin is required Ability to speak Spanish, Cantonese, or Fujianese is strongly preferred Availability to work some weekends is required High school diploma, GED, or higher Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred Knowledge of medical insurance is a plus How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed or email it directly to with preferred location.
