Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship. Strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team. Attention to detail and strong computer skills. Additional Skills & Requirements Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred. Prior experience in primary care or outpatient settings is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to patient safety and confidentiality. Schedule availability aligning with the shift details, including early morning or afternoon hours.
