5 days/week Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support our client's medical facility in Poughkeepsie, NY. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

7:30 AM-5:30 PM (8-hour shift within this time frame) Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will support providers in delivering high-quality patient care by preparing patients for examinations, obtaining vital signs, documenting clinical information in Epic, and assisting with daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities

Room patients and prepare them for examinations.

Obtain and accurately document vital signs and medical information.

Record patient information and clinical documentation in Epic EMR.

Assist providers during patient visits and support daily clinical workflows.

Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Support clinic operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous pediatric clinical experience.

Experience using Epic EMR.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. #PHC
