We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will assist physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering high-quality urologic care, ensuring efficient clinic operations and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and updating medical records
• Assisting with procedures such as catheterizations, bladder scans, and specimen collection
• Administering medications and injections as ordered
• Coordinating patient referrals, lab testing, and follow-up appointments
• Sterilizing equipment and maintaining exam rooms
• Providing patient education on treatment plans and medications
• Supporting front desk and phone triage as needed

Qualifications:

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) preferred
• Previous experience in urology or a medical specialty clinic is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented
