The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and administrative support within orthopedic medical setting. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing exceptional service to our patients. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform intake assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history. Prepare medications as directed by physicians and ensure proper documentation. Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient information. Prepare patients for X-rays and other diagnostic procedures as needed. Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to assist in patient care. Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient service and follow-up care. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols. Preferred Skills Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of ICD coding, basic life support (BLS), and medication administration is essential. Familiarity with EHR systems and outpatient clinic experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of orthopedics and medical procedures. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
