What You'll Do (Essential Duties)
Clinical Support:
Lead patient intake by efficiently rooming patients, obtaining accurate vital signs, updating medication logs, and processing laboratory specimens.
Patient Coordination:
Schedule procedures and surgeries, coordinate directly with surgical vendors, and optimize physician block times.
Administrative Excellence:
Maintain precise data integrity within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) databases and seamlessly manage complex insurance authorizations.
Compliance & Safety:
Maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and uphold all OSHA and The Joint Commission (TJC) safety standards. What You'll Need (Qualifications)
Experience:
1+ years of direct patient care experience is preferred.
Diverse Healthcare Backgrounds Welcome:
We actively seek and value candidates with transferable skills as an STNA, Phlebotomist, CNA, or Pharmacy Technician.
Education:
Medical Assistant schooling or formal training is a plus, but we welcome all candidates with equivalent, relevant clinical experience.
Skills:
