Job Description:
As a Certified Medical Assistant at Nerve Renewal, you will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our providers in clinical operations. You will assist with electrostimulation therapy treatments, administer injections, educate patients, and ensure that clinic processes run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, compassionate, and dedicated to patient-first care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in process. Accurately record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other data into the electronic health record (EHR) system. Prepare patients for evaluations and treatments, including electrostimulation therapy. Administer electrostimulation therapy treatments under provider guidance, educating patients about the procedure and its benefits. Administer injections as prescribed by the provider, following all safety protocols. Provide patients with clear instructions on treatment plans, follow-up care, and post-visit recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, therapy equipment, and medical instruments. Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-ups for seamless care. Monitor and restock medical supplies and inventory to ensure clinic readiness. Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, HIPAA regulations, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required. CPR/BLS certification required. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. A compassionate, patient-first mindset and commitment to quality care.
Shifts Available:
7:25 AM - 5:00 PM (includes a paid lunch break) Both shifts operate Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour paid shifts.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay:
$21.50 - $22.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
