Job Summary Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Inbound Call Center Representative to join our Interventional Pain Management practice. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical part in delivering a high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to compassionate patient care. Duties Handle incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring each patient feels valued and heard Provide accurate information about services and account details to assist clients effectively Assist patients with troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, or navigating online platforms Engage in outbound calling when necessary to follow up on inquiries or promote relevant services and to confirm patient procedure appointments. Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer management software Perform data entry tasks accurately to update client information and transaction logs Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills during every interaction Qualifications Proven experience in call center roles or customer support environments is preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality service standards Knowledge of call center operations, phone etiquette, and analysis skills for problem resolution Eclinicalworks knowledge is preferred but mandatory. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
