Job Description
Tamburrino Plastic Surgery & Med Spa is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and hardworking Medical Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are a busy plastic surgery and aesthetic practice looking for someone who is passionate about cosmetic medicine, aesthetics, and patient care . The ideal candidate is friendly, bubbly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a hybrid clinical and front-office position , so we are looking for someone who is comfortable assisting with patient care while also providing an exceptional experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of plastic surgery experience required Medical Assistant experience required Strong interest and enthusiasm for plastic surgery, aesthetics, skincare, and cosmetic medicine Friendly, and naturally personable Compassionate and patient-focused Hardworking, dependable, and highly motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to assist with both clinical and administrative responsibilities Responsibilities Clinical / Medical Assistant Duties Assist the plastic surgeon with in-office procedures and treatments Prepare treatment rooms and surgical areas Set up and break down rooms before and after procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas Assist with patient preparation and post-procedure care Ensure supplies and equipment are properly stocked and organized Front Office / Patient Coordinator Duties Check patients in and out Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and reschedule patient appointments Confirm upcoming appointments Communicate with patients in a friendly and professional manner Assist with general patient questions and requests Maintain accurate patient information Scan and organize documents Shred confidential paperwork according to office procedures Assist with general office organization and housekeeping tasks The right person for this position is someone who genuinely loves aesthetics and helping people feel confident in themselves . You should be comfortable interacting with patients, working closely with a physician and team, and jumping in wherever needed. We are looking for someone who is bubbly, energetic, compassionate, hardworking, and eager to learn . No two days are exactly the same, so flexibility and a willingness to be hands-on are essential.
