HYBRID POSITION.

You will be in office four days a week and one day REMOTE. When the clinic has a slow schedule or your provider is off then you have the opportunity to work remotely but when the schedule is full, you are to work in office. Responsibilities Conduct initial patient triage remotely, assessing patient needs, Pre-Authorization flagging and urgency of care. Monitor patient health data and alerts through our remote patient monitoring system. Communicate effectively with patients via phone, and messaging platforms, providing care instructions. Coordinate with healthcare providers to update patient care plans based on remote monitoring data. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in continuous education to stay updated on best practices in remote patient care and technology. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program. Ability to commute to clinic 4 days a week and work remotely from home one day a week Proven experience in a medical assistant role, with a strong preference for experience in triage and patient monitoring. Nephrology & Oncology experience is a plus but not required Comfortable using medical software and technology for remote patient care. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey medical instructions clearly to patients.
