Position overview:

Our Intake Department is responsible for verifying patient insurance eligibility and responding to home health agencies with referral acceptances or denials based on eligibility and service criteria. This role does not involve direct patient care or patient-facing interaction. Preferred Qualifications Background with Availity preferred, but not required Prior experience or understanding of insurance verification is required Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Comfortable working within multiple computer systems and software platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a high-volume workflow while maintaining accuracy

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
