```- Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring
- Clean and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
- Provide basic wound care and apply dressings
- Assist with patient education and instructions ```
Requirements:
```- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a medical assistant training program or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Proficient in performing basic clinical procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications
- Familiarity with medical administrative tasks, including coding and insurance verification
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent patient service
- Basic life support certification preferred
