Job Description

Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator Full-Time, 4 Days Per Week Beaverton, Oregon Campbell Dermatology is expanding our Beaverton team and is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice. This is a hybrid role that combines Medical Assistant responsibilities with Front Desk support. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in both clinical and administrative areas of the practice. Our Beaverton office will also be offering high-end cosmetic procedures, making this an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic dermatology practice. Schedule This is a full-time position working four days per week. The schedule will include a mix of daytime and evening clinic hours based on office needs. Team members may support opening, closing, room preparation, patient flow, front desk coverage, and administrative tasks during scheduled hours. Responsibilities Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies Room patients and document pertinent information Cross-train and support front desk operations Schedule appointments and manage patient communications Verify patient information and assist with administrative tasks Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience Support dermatology and high-end cosmetic services as the practice continues to grow Qualifications Medical Assistant experience preferred Dermatology experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to be cross-trained in front desk responsibilities Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Interest in dermatology and cosmetic procedures is a plus Apply Today Please send your resume and a brief introduction to: info@campbellderm.com
