Medical Assistant Job Duties:

Must be comfortable with both front and back-office duties and be able to flex to both positions

Front Office Duties:

Answering Phones, Knowledge of EHR systems, Scheduling patients, Entering patient information, scanning, filing, collecting and entering payments

Back Office Duties:

Rooming Patients, Obtaining Vitals, Charting, Lab Draws, Assisting with procedures, cleaning and stocking rooms, managing inventory of the rooms, calling patients about lab results, prior authorizations Candidates must be self-starters, willing to learn, and provide exemplary customer service.
