• Taking vitals and HPIs.
• Assist the Nurse practitioner and MD with procedures and drawing up medications.
• Assist rehab technician with modalities, stretching, and exercises when needed and available.
• Obtain prior authorization for viscosupplementation injections.
• Take medical inventory.
• Calling new patient leads for scheduling, via marketing platform
• Assure exam rooms are stocked and cleanly between patients.
• Being a team player and helping where needed.
• Fit patient with prescribed DME.
• Administer EPAT therapy treatments

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to type, transcribe, and file documents accurately
• Previous experience in a medical facility is a plus
• Familiarity with medical procedures and anatomy
• Professional and personable people etiquette
• Strong ability to multitask
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Google docs

This role is an important part of our office as it provides support to our medical providers and helps insure the office operates efficiently. This is a full time ONLY position for Monday through Thursday from 7:45am to 6:00pm. At this time, we can not make accommodations to this schedule and applicants must be available during listed hours to be considered for the position.
