• 5:00pm Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Dependable and works well within a team setting Must be able to report to work with limited advanced notice Maintain a timely and safe clinic that focuses on proper & efficient patient care Perform H&P for new patients upon arrival Perform proper documentation in EMR Assist physician or mid-level providers with treating patients as directed Assist with patient education when called upon Application of splints / casts Prepare injections , take vital signs when needed, perform dressing changes, suture removal Maintain supplies and restock rooms when needed Issues prescriptions / work orders / home exercises / referrals as directed Perform job requirements without constant supervision Assist answering telephones regarding clinical / medication / appointment questions Maintains strict patient confidentiality All other duties assigned Reporting Relationship The Clinical Assistant reports to the
