Must be able to float between the Middlebrook and Clinton offices Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to support patient care and daily clinic operations in a fast-paced outpatient environment. This position will work across clinical and administrative functions, including patient intake, vital signs, clinical documentation, insurance verification, and provider support. The Certified Medical Assistant will help maintain efficient patient flow by preparing exam rooms, documenting patient information within the electronic health record, assisting with examinations and minor procedures, and coordinating with the clinical team throughout each visit. The ideal Certified Medical Assistant has previous outpatient or clinic experience and is comfortable balancing direct patient care with administrative responsibilities while floating between the Middlebrook and Clinton offices as needed. Key Responsibilities Measure and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate, and weight Perform basic clinical triage and initial patient assessments within scope of practice Document patient history, vital signs, visit information, and other clinical information accurately within the EHR Room patients and coordinate with providers and clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow Prepare and maintain exam rooms, including sterilization, supplies, and equipment Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures according to established clinical protocols Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility and assist with required authorizations Provide basic billing support, including accurate visit information and coding-related documentation Maintain accurate and organized patient records Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and clinical staff Required Qualifications Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program Previous professional experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient or clinical setting Current CPR/BLS certification Experience obtaining and documenting patient vital signs Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation Knowledge of medical terminology and routine outpatient clinical workflows Experience with insurance verification and basic healthcare billing processes Ability to perform basic clinical triage and patient assessments within scope of practice Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills High school diploma or GED Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Ability to float between the Middlebrook and Clinton offices as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a multi-provider or high-volume clinic Familiarity with multiple EHR or clinic management systems Previous contract or temporary healthcare experience Additional healthcare-related education or coursework Job presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
