As a Medical Assistant, you will be the frontline support for healthcare providers, assisting with clinical procedures, patient interactions, and administrative tasks. Duties Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies are ready for patient visits Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates with precision Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures, including phlebotomy and medication administration Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) accurately, including documentation of medical histories, diagnoses (ICD coding), and treatment plans Support patient intake processes by collecting medical histories, updating records, and answering questions with professionalism and empathy Perform basic laboratory tasks such as specimen collection and processing while maintaining strict safety protocols Maintain organized medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
