Job Summary South Family Medicine is seeking a dependable and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing family medicine practice. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable caring for patients across all age groups in a fast-paced clinical setting. Responsibilities Room patients of all ages (pediatric through geriatric) Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories in EMR Administer immunizations and injections Perform EKGs, vaccine administration, strep/flu/COVID testing, and urine testing Assist with minor in-office procedures Manage prescription refills and prior authorizations Coordinate referrals and follow up on diagnostic results Respond to patient calls and portal messages Maintain exam room cleanliness and stock supplies Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred Experience in family medicine or primary care strongly preferred Comfortable working with pediatric and geriatric patients Proficient in EMR systems Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow within a family-oriented practice Stable weekday schedule How to Apply Please submit your resume to: Or apply in person at:
