Responsibilities:

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

  Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and treatment
• Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medications
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Provide medical administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing patient information, and handling billing and coding tasks

Skills:

• Basic life support (BLS) certification to respond to emergency situations
• Proficiency in medication administration, including injections
• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to understand medical conditions and treatments
• Familiarity with medical terminology to accurately document patient information
• Strong patient care skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and provide emotional support
• Experience with medical coding and billing processes for accurate documentation and reimbursement As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals in delivering quality care to patients.
