Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services, and more. Responsibilities The Medical Assistant/ Limited M edical Radiologic Technologist ( LMRT ) provides high-quality patient care and supports daily clinical operations in an urgent care or clinic setting. This role includes both administrative and clinical responsibilities such as patient intake, vital signs, medication administration, and perform ing radiologic imaging within the defined scope of practice. The position requires adherence to regulatory standards, patient safety protocols, and organizational policies.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Current Texas Limited Medical Radiology Technologist License (Medical Radiologic Technologist - Limited Certificate) which includes chest, upper and lower extremities (includes shoulder), spine, and pediatric categories. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Basic computer skills (EMR, Microsoft Office).
Preferred Job Requirements:
Completion of an accredited LMRT or NC T program . Prior experience in urgent care , emergency medicine, or outpatient clinical setting s .
