Medical Assistant (Pediatrics)

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some days 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Full-Time | Temp to Hire About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing pediatric practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment as our current Medical Assistant prepares for maternity leave while the practice continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures. Room patients and obtain vital signs. Document patient information accurately within the EMR system. Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations. Provide exceptional care and customer service to pediatric patients and their families. Maintain accurate medical records and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous Medical Assistant experience required. Experience with EMR systems required; Athena experience strongly preferred. Excellent typing and documentation skills. Must enjoy working with the pediatric population. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
