Responsibilities Medically case manage treatment with providers. Creating surgical orders for pain management procedures, including injections, nerve blocks, and other interventional techniques. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and medication administration. Support patient intake processes by updating medical records, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Educate patients on medication protocols, post-procedure care, pain management outcomes. Requirements Proven experience in medical office settings with familiarity in medical administrative support and patient service roles. Knowledge of pain management clinics is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medical terminology pharmacology principles related to pain management. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR systems), EMR/EHR management, and medical documentation practices. Bilingual a must with speaking and writing. Personal Injury experience a MUST.
