Job Description

  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient care and support medical staff in a outpatient setting. This position requires knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and experience in medical administrative tasks.
  • Duties:
  • Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with procedures.
  • Provide medical administrative support including maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Work with diverse patient populations including geriatrics and internal medicine.
  • Requirements:
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience in outpatient or hospital settings preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
  • Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures is a plus.
