Position Summary We are hiring a Medical Assistant - Administrative to support front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and assist with essential administrative duties. This role ensures an organized, welcoming, and efficient environment for clients and staff. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and provide general information Schedule appointments and support daily front office operations Assist with intake paperwork, filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records Support administrative workflows, including copying, data entry, and documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and office area Provide operational support to staff as needed Perform other related duties to support clinic functions Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred Previous administrative or clinical front office experience recommended Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a behavioral health environment Professional, reliable, and committed to confidentiality Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and EMR platforms Benefits Bi-weekly pay PTO after eligibility period Growth-oriented and supportive workplace
