SynergenX, Low T Center & HerKare are growing, and we're looking for a Float Medical Assistant who brings great energy, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude wherever they go. This is more than a typical Medical Assistant role. As a Float MA, you'll have the opportunity to work with different clinic teams, meet new patients, and help keep our Dallas-area locations running smoothly. No certification or license required! We provide 2 full weeks of paid training to help you succeed. We're looking for someone who is ready to jump in, adapt quickly, and help wherever needed. Welcome and interact with patients in a friendly, professional manner Perform manual patient vitals Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider Maintain lab equipment and required documentation Prepare and process laboratory testing Complete quality control documentation Assist with inventory and ordering Support front desk duties when needed Work closely with providers and clinic teams Help maintain smooth patient flow and clinic operations Create a positive and welcoming patient experience We're Looking for Personality + Potential We're not looking for a perfect resume—we're looking for the right person. You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, outgoing, and energetic A natural people person Comfortable meeting and working with new teams Positive and adaptable A strong communicator Reliable and accountable Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Customer-service minded Flexible with your schedule and willing to travel between locations Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED - proof required Minimum 3 months of relevant medical experience OR documented completion of 180 externship hours Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required Phlebotomy experience preferred Ability to perform venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injections preferred Must pass a background check The Flexibility You'll Need This position will support our Dallas-area clinics based on business needs. You must be willing and able to travel between: Rockwall Richardson Frisco Plano Southlake McKinney Walnut Hill Prosper Schedule Must be available to work within our clinic hours:
