Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort. Assist healthcare providers during clinical procedures, including medication administration. Make phone call to patients. Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently by documenting patient encounters, updating medical histories, and coding diagnoses using ICD standards. Handle medical administrative tasks such as inventory management of supplies, processing referrals, prior authorizations. Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic pharmacology to support accurate patient care. Ability to perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with intake assessments, and supporting medication administration safely. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations.
