Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and empathetic Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. In this role, you will multitask, prioritize daily tasks, and help provide a highly positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities Doctor Assistance :
Support the physician with clinical tasks and assist during in-office surgeries.
Patient Care :
Bandage wounds, remove stitches, and fit patients for braces, inserts, and immobilization boots.
Advanced Technology :
Take digital X-rays and assist with ultrasound, shockwave, and laser treatments.
Administrative Duties :
Document care in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) -helpful if know Athena or Nextgen, schedule surgeries, and answer patient medical questions.
Qualifications Experience :
Medical assistant experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Skills :
Proficient with computers, strong organizational skills, and excellent clear communication.
Traits :
Self-sufficient, quick learner, respectful, and a positive team player.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
