It requires someone who loves talking to people all day, is excited by the challenge of understanding their patients needs, loves learning new things and appreciates the opportunity to make important decisions. This person will need to be able to stand on their feet most of the day and walk quickly from room to room. Grooming Requirements

Black scrubs (we can help pay for them) No visible tattoos No unnatural hair colors (green, pink, blue, purple) No visible nose piercings(one very small stud may be fine) Responsibilities Assist dermatologists with patient examinations, biopsies, and surgeries. Help call patients back with biopsy and lab results. Remember important details and record them in the patient's chart. Manage medical documentation with precision, including ICD coding, medical records management, and detailed note-taking in EMR/EHR systems. Support patient education by explaining procedures, post-treatment care instructions, and medication usage clearly. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols and infection control standards. Skills People skills Experience within the medial field. Surgical experience or at least experience not passing out at the sight of blood. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) and medical documentation practices. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically. Prior experience as a medical assistant is required.
