Job Description

Integrative Health Group is looking to hire an energetic, well-rounded medical assistant to join our clinic! We are a health clinic located in Lehi, Utah, that is dedicated to helping patients correct hormonal imbalances, lose weight, eat well, and manage their heart health. We specialize in hormone optimization, cardiovascular assessment, weight management, and anti-aging treatment.
Requirements:
Medical Assistant license with at least 1 year of experience or EMT/Paramedic License with at least 1 year of experience and Phlebotomy experience IV experience preferred Previous experience in a high-volume medical office or similar setting is preferred Exceptional customer service Highly proficient computer skills (must be able to type a minimum of 60 WPM) Experience using POS systems and scheduling software Ability to multi-task
Responsibilities:
Phlebotomy IV Infusions Collection of patient health information including taking patient vitals. Oversees check-in/check-out process for all clients Assists in collecting payments from clients Client scheduling Answering phones, e-mail correspondence, and voice messages Stocking and organization of inventory Motivated to help a growing practice thrive
Outline of Candidate Profile:
Must be friendly, courteous, proactive, and motivated at ALL times Must have effective and respectful communication skills Must be able to multi-task and perform job requirements without error Position details: Full-Time (Currently offering 24-36 hours per week, with potential increase to Full-Time within 6 months)
