IMMEDIATE OPENNING
- (Current MA leaving for advanced schooling) Riverwoods Behavioral Health provides mental health counseling and ketamine IV Treatments .
We are seeking a strong individual that can provide the client interface on the phone and in person that represents the care and concern we have for our clients seeking mental health support. Will be working directly with our medical team as a MA supporting our IV ketamine program. RBH has been treating individuals with ketamine assisted psychotherapy for 9 years in a proven research based protocol.
Office Managment Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone during office hours 8am to 5pm Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling Notifying providers of patient arrivals Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims
Medical Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

- Required or experience) Working directly and under the direction of our FNP as a medical assistant in IV ketamine.
Helps patients by providing information, services, and assistance. Maintains medical supplies inventory and performing preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating. Verifies patient information by interviewing patient, and recording medical history. Prepares patients for treatment; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; and reporting patient history summary. Schedules treatment by making arrangements, verifying times with patients; and preparing pre-admission and consent forms. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. Serves and protects the practice by adhering to professional standards; facility policies and procedures; and federal, state, and local requirements. Exceptional candidates will demonstrate experience in similar office environments. Medical Assistant experience Schedule Hours
