We are an established functional medicine and hormone-focused practice in Provo, Utah, seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Our foundation is built on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), functional medicine, and gut health , but we are also expanding our aesthetics division and looking for a provider who can help us grow this side of the practice. Our Focus Areas:

Hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, gut health, medical cannabis, vaginal rejuvenation, and aesthetics. We're looking for someone long-term who is passionate about functional medicine and hormone health , but also excited to bring expertise in injectables (Dysport/Botox, fillers preferred) to help us build a thriving aesthetics program. About the Role As a Nurse Practitioner at our practice, you'll play a dual role: Functional Medicine & Hormones Conduct physical exams and review medical records Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications and create personalized treatment plans Educate patients on hormone health, prevention, and lifestyle strategies Aesthetics Perform Dysport injections (fillers in the future as services expand) Consult with patients on aesthetic goals and create treatment plans Educate patients on skincare, procedures, and wellness options Help shape and grow the aesthetics side of the practice Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Utah Proven clinical experience in primary, acute, or chronic care; specialties such as family health, women's health, cardiology, or psychiatry are a plus Experience with cosmetic injectables (Dysport/Botox required; filler experience preferred) Strong understanding of functional medicine and hormone health (or a passion to learn and specialize) Excellent communication skills, strong ethics, and a team-oriented mindset Entrepreneurial spirit with enthusiasm for growing aesthetics services alongside functional care
