Job Description
Medical Assistant

- West Valley
- Pediatrics Granger Medical Clinic is looking for a skilled and compassionate full-time Medical Assistant to join our float pool.
Schedule:
Mon- Fri, 8 am
- 5 pm
Responsibilities:
Conducting telephone triage and communicating with parents/guardians Managing insurance authorizations and prior approvals Recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, height, weight, etc.) Administering immunizations Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection Preparing and maintaining exam rooms Accurately documenting patient information Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Professional verbal and written communication skills Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED Medical Assistant Certification required 1 year of experience in a medical setting preferred Must be bilingual inSpanish Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Prolonged standing and walking Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent use of computers and office equipment (repetitive motion) Work performed in an indoor, climate-controlled environmentCompensation & Benefits:
